KMWare's Call Centre main screen

This is the main screen for the call centre application. The top half of the screen displays the list of all open calls, sorted by the date that the call needs to be closed by. The bottom half of the screen lists the technicians as loaded in the data base.

To assign an unassigned call or to re-assign a call to a new technician, simply drag and drop the call onto the technician.

The list of technicians can be filtered by selecting the branch and or department that you would like to see the tecnicians for.
